I loved how it was in the city but it felt like you were not. The rooftop deck was breathtaking.

I would recommend that community. I was impressed with what they had to offer and the price they want was reasonable, although all rents were too high. I was concerned with the area of town it was in. The building across the street was boarded up and it was not known as a great neighborhood. Once inside I liked what I saw. The common areas were clean and everything seemed to be in great shape. I enjoyed my time visiting the community and the leasing professional. The amenities were okay but not anything special, I was very happy in the way the community was presented to me. I felt that I-it was all about me getting the perfect apartment and matching my needs. The agent was natural and creative. I felt like I could be happy living there.

For the location, the staff, the fun community events and how nice the apartments are, it's an apartment that's hard to beat. I have very few complaints aside from always wanting lower rent. It's a great space.

The Leasing Professional was friendly. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. The community was a modern and attractive community nearby shopping, restaurants, and downtown Seattle, WA. The apartment that I saw was modern and attractive with nice finishes throughout.

This apartment community is clean, well maintained, walls are thick and sound proof for the most part and the package storing area is a plus.

The staff was great. While the property quality almost matched the service, I had to say I would move in a heart beat based on my experience, even though the cost of moving in was above my price range.

Still in a developing part of Seattle, rent and parking are pretty costly, parking can be a bit of a challenge due to layout
But the front office has really worked hard to be understanding and accommodating of these circumstances. Any reason why I would not recommend this complex would be no reflection on the incredible staff.

I would recommend Anthem unequivocally for: the staff, the community gatherings, the amenities-dog run, rooftop comfort, and pet friendly building

Far too much micromanagement. All the updates to parade routes, the constant parenting reminders about the roof rules, etc. Who really cares how many people are up there or if people are smoking or loud? I would prefer not to ever get another notice on my door or email about anything unless its an emergency. We're all adults so the constant pestering is an annoyance.

Honestly, unless it's a family or couple moving into the building--I can't recommend living at anthem due to the high rent prices.
