Perhaps it was because of the heavy rain or the fact that the agent was headed out to lunch when I arrived, but I did not feel that she was really excited about showing me the property. Although she said some of the right things, she came across as a bit brusque to me on the phone and in person. I was not shown the outside amenities; they were not even mentioned. Plus, I can honestly say that I have never been ignored the way I was by Sarah when I arrived. Once outside, I called the leasing agent back immediately. She mentioned that she was told a customer came in and walked out. I was there for eight minutes! During that time, Sarah never even made eye contact or smiled or anything! It is totally unacceptable in my book. I considered driving off altogether but forced myself to call the leasing agent so that she would at least know I had been there.

It was a nice property with good amenities. I would rent the apartment.

The community offers a good location. The rates are very reasonable for the area.

Even though I mentioned twice that I had grandchildren who would be visiting from time to time, the tot lot and the pond were never mentioned to me.

The community had a fitness center. The apartment had a walk-in closet and washer and dryer inside. Based on my experience, I would very likely recommend this apartment community to family and friends.

The property was built in 1998 and upgrades to the property should be completed or the amenity fee should be waived. I would rate this property as fair. The staff seems friendly; however, the property does not compare to some of the other properties in the area.

The apartment complex was beautiful. The apartment itself was large and gave you the feeling of being very private and protected. The leasing professional was not the warm and fuzzy type, yet she was friendly, professional and demonstrated the community well.

The community was very well kept and attractive, and the leasing consultant's presentation was comfortable, although asking about and tailoring to my needs a little more would have been appreciated. I felt as though the community was a tad pricy compared to other communities in the area that offer the same, but did find it a pleasant surprise that shorter lease terms were available for lower prices as opposed to ridiculously higher prices as other communities charge. Overall, I would consider calling the community "home", but it did not make me want to immediately disqualify other communities in the area.

The community was conveniently located near main roads, restaurants, shopping and recreation. It appeared well maintained with good parking, pool and business center. The fitness center was well equipped but small. The pool area was clean and inviting as was the inside lounge area. There was good landscaping, green areas and tall trees, making for a park-like setting. It would be a good place to call home.

I really liked the apartment and the option of having an attached garage was appealing. It even offered more storage space, which I found nice. I did not get to tour the amenities as they were painting, but I am sure they were nice. The property was well maintained.

I was not initially impressed by the agent on the call or the visit. However, during the tour she became more amenable and friendly, displaying more interest in me as a resident.
