I would say I was impressed onsite. Once I viewed what the property had to offer, I was sold on the idea of living there.

The leasing staff at the community were attentive to my needs. The property has all the latest and greatest amenities from the 24 hour fitness room to the fireplace in the apartment home. If you are looking for more bang for your buck, these apartment homes are well worth the monthly fee.

The community is beautiful and uniquely situated close to schools, shopping, and the beloved newly built Whole Foods. The homes are large and spacious with unique features such as deep soaking tubs and built-in desks and bookshelves.

This is a nice quiet community in a great location. It is not far shopping areas. The apartments have been renovated to include stainless steel appliances and 42 inch cabinets. It has a 24 hour business center and gym.

The property is nestled in a wooded area, surrounded by other residential properties. It is close to nearby shopping and major roads. The apartment was roomy and had great features such as the wood flooring in the kitchen and dining area. The leasing professional was pleasant and personable.

It is a great place to live overall, with access to so many things that are within a few mile radius of each other. Whether it is the mall or the movies or highways, everything is close by and perfect location. However, I would also say that there are some downsides, whether it is the many leaks that I have faced or the fact that I can hear my neighbor flushing their toilet every time (is that normal??).

The apartment and amenities were worth the money they are asking for since they offer so much more than the average property. The grounds of the community were very well cared for and gave me the since of relaxation and feeling of home which I was looking for. This is truly a nice and well put together property offering the lease holder more pleasurable amenities that would make life much easier and enjoyable. It would be worth living there and making it your home for a long time.

The apartment is quiet and very pleasant. Maintenance is very responsive when needed. The complex is convenient to major highways and shopping centers. I especially appreciate the attached garage to my unit in bad weather. I feel like I am on vacation when I come home from work.

However, management needs to focus on preventive maintenance of flooding of my unit from heavy rains, rather than repairs after the fact.

do NOT rent through through the Lincoln at Fair Oaks. An apartment company should want to keep their customers-- we walked in and said we were thinking about leaving, their response was 'ok', not 'what can we do to keep you here, is there anything specific bothing you'. When our fridge broke, it was replaced with a fridge about a foot smaller-- it literally looks like a mini fridge and their response was 'oh, everyone is getting those'.... I have yet to see another apartment with a mini-fridge!!!!!!! A crack in the wall in our bathroom we have asked to have fixed multiple times-- they just paint over it and it happens all over again. The grass in the backyard is like a flood-- can't even walk in it as mud goes up and around your shoes. Cars always get towed-- leasing office needs a plan for when someone needs a pass when they are closed unless they enjoy paying $200 everytime a friend stops by (again, their response included a suggestion of parking at a nearby school... I don't pay the nearby school almost $1500 a month to live there- why would I park there??????). I have kept my mouth shut for over 2 years and at this point I have had it, I WILL NOT sign another lease with this company, so disappointed. Why would you not want to keep residents that are loyal and quiet?? Seems like those would be the ones to keep..........
