I have been here many years and this is what I have seen:
I have started to notice the keep up manintenance of the property go down. The walk-ways need to be pressure washed.
The pet policies are not followed. The dogs are not picked up after. I see notices go out, but no one abides by the rules.
The trash is always a issue. No one abides by the holiday rules.
There are alot of disrespectful neighbors with late night parties on balconys.
Gates dont work alot of the time.
Boats, Trailers etc are parked in spots that take away from resident parking.

The fact that safety does not seem to be a big issue. The parking situation is horrible and while it is enforced that people can not park in covered areas when there is no parking available there are PODs, trailers and boats taking up parking spaces. These people need to be paying extra for covered spaces and not taking up the available slots.

The community offers a pleasant setting and updated apartments. It is conveniently located off of a major highway with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The floor plans offer high ceilings, crown molding, updated counters, fixtures and lighting. I was given a professional tour by a friendly low key leasing agent. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends.

Reasonable and nice.

I've lived here for a while and continue to renew my lease each time it's about to expire, so that must say something. I do like the friendly staff--from the office to the maintenance, they are just friendly and helpful.

I will eventually move to a larger apartment. I do like the floor plan where I am now, but it is a bit small for the price. The only complaint that I have is the dog poop here and there. It's the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up after their animals...for some reason a lot don't. I do know for a fact that maintenance does give warnings and they try their best to keep it clean.

I would recommend this complex and will continue to renew as long as needed.

The parking situation continues to be a problem. I have addressed it at the office and have also sent an email to corporate. The issue is that the rules for parking are not being enforced. There is a old, covered, not in use car that is parked in front of my building and there is a boat taking up 3 spaces parked in front of the building of a colleague. When I return home at night and can't find a place to park in the complex, this makes me upset, knowing that people are storing things in parking places.

The property curb appeal is great with nice attention to detail. The new floors are a nice addition.

The grounds are one of the reasons I enjoy living here. The property spends money on the front entrance of the complex to have curb appeal. However, the apartments and pool needs to be modernized to compete with other properties in the area. The barbque pit needs to be replaced because it is difficult to use due to the guages are not working properly and the handle keeps breaking. The pumps have been a issue most of the summer with concerns regarding the water quality at times. The staff does what they can. They continually have to order parts which take to much time to fix. They should have the things needed to correct the problems sooner or pay to ship them faster to resolve the issues. This is true for the lighting throughout the complex as well.

The staff/maintenance has always been great, but the trouble that I had with the squirrels in my attic that caused me to not reside there for a few days and the constant larger than most jumps in rent is why I would not recommend this complex.

The rates were high, but the apartments were nice. In addition to the high rates, extras were quite high; it was $100/month for a garage and $50/month for a carport. I loved the 30 day guarantee. Community-wide WiFi was a plus.

I felt like even though she had nothing to show me she could have showed me amminities and wha was there to offer visiual is 40 percent of your sale to me.
