Rent is to high for this complex. Location is great but complex is older.

Overall, if you don't have kids, this is a quiet and peaceful place to live. I would not recommend it for folks with kids, as there is no playground, no real place for the kids to meet up and be outside, and no dog park that is enclosed. Resident amenities are few and far between, besides a pool that always seems to need cleaning and a very small gym. The onsite business center is a nice perk, though there are only two computers and both are severely slow. The gym is bright, but very small...can't really accomodate more than a couple of folks at a time in the gym.

The representative was better than most I have encountered. If all my needs could have been met, I would not hesitate to move in to this community.

I believe that the customer service was very good. The leasing professional made every attempt to present the property in the best possible light. My questions were answered in a courteous manner and anticipated my questions before I asked. The leasing professional made me feel that I fit in the community. The property and buildings were beautifully arranged.

The grounds, breeze ways, garbage reciprocal areas and a few individual balconies contain pet waste. It smells and resembles kennel living. I have been undable to enjoy the my outdoor living area for over a year due to the horrific odor. Photographic and verbal expressions of concern seemed to go unaddressed.

Because of the deterioration of the property exterior (mostly the grounds). Also, the appearance of people that are allowed to lease here, going downhill rapidly!

Quiet, friendly. Parking passes should be issued one per bedroom

The community has great access to 1604 and yet is still secluded. They did a great job leaving mature trees and the surrounding undeveloped land makes you feel like you are out in the country. The office staff is very friendly.

This property is VERY overpriced and horribly undermanaged. They cut every corner possible when building this property

The kiosk feature being able to see what all the move in costs would be is an added benefit to anyone looking to move.

I would likely recommend because it's a great location, safe area, and the larger 2 bedroom is great. However, the smaller two bedroom is difficult to live in due to lack of space and not worth the rent asked.

I will make sure everyone website knows how awful this place is. I would never recommend this place.

I would and have recommended this complex to other people. The management and maintenance employees make me feel safe and cared about. It' just more like family.

my 2nd review. they rejected the first one.. animals in the attic, very ugly window blinds, extremely overpriced for what you get. Since you aren't shown the apt you actually get there is no way to know that it looks like this.
you can get so much more for your money by renting a house....of course this is just my opinion...a current renter........

there are definitely some positives here... Nice and quiet and the maintenance crew are great. Some of the negatives...would like to see a little bit better amenities, and there is a lot of trash lately left aroundand in a lot of spots the landscaping needs some work. The trash and landscaping are
just making the apartment look cheap. also the interior hallways of the apartment buildings really need to be power washed.
