Very bad service with regard to garbage clean up. There are rats in the garbage bin and doors where one puts the garbage. We recently saw a rat which almost bit my daughter while she was throwing the garbage away

I would never tell anyone to get an apartment here unless they get better management

I would love to recommend the property...but the security is still a concern. There are still....since we've moved in...two areas compromised....the staircase door from my building's garage (bldg. 8) that is unlocked ALL the time. Also the gate leading off the property between the auto exit gate and the President's pool is unlocked ALL the time.

We have ordered the part for the door in your building and that should be repaired shortly. Complex is dirty. Everything about the property looks runned down. Stairwells stink, and carpets are filthy. Trash bins are unsightly, stinky, unhealthy areas. Gnats are every where because of the trash units. Entrance ways leading to apartments including elevators are dirty, unkept. Flooring request has been opened since move in. Dog poop is every where. Stains on carpets in hallways. Gym looks dirty and equipment broken. No resident parties. No Ammenities other than pool and gym.

I like the location and the close top rated schools. I do not like how the residence destroy and not care about taking care of our grounds. I also don't like recommend anyone living below the 4th floor because its so darn noisy.

Since new mgt took over the gates have not been closed and do not work. So this is not a gated community for months now. Hallways are not cleaned prior mgt cleaned them at least weekly. Entrance areas are not clean and garage areas are unclean.

Like I said earlier, all of our rents are about to sky rocket, which would be okay if we were actually living in an apartment that was the value of that dollar, but it isn't and unless your maintenance can go back and fix the things that are wrong with our apartments, we're likely to leave. I already see that you have a ton of cottages open (when there used to be a waiting list) and a ton of other apartments open, this may be the reason why. Either keep our rents at the affordable rates that they're at and keep us, or go through a move-out/make ready/not collect rent for a number of months/background check/credit check/move-in cycle for someone else who may not be good tenants. Economically, it's better to keep someone for a little cheaper rent that you know is a good tenant and will pay their rent on time rather than take your chance with the unknown.
