This place is unkept and the appliances are dated. Plus, Jose the maintenance man is disrespectful.

A nice place to call home. Friendly staff and neighbors. (Comfortable, roomy and clean). Only disappointed that there's no water softner to set off the San Antonio water stains on everything. But we'll be OK.

Not a friendly staff. The staff that was initially under Canyon Springs was much friendlier and sent out notifications whenever there were areas being worked on.

I had someone yell at my son to put out a cigarette while he was walking to his truck. we did not know this was a smoke free environment. there are tons of people who smoke on their balcony and if you walk around outside there are cigarette buts every where. I think the situation could have been handled differently like educating a person that is a no smoking area and let them know so they can know the rules.

If they fix up the inside of the apartments with higher end looking appliances and fixtures then yes I would.

In these homes you will find real hardwood floors, granite countertops, high ceilings & stainless steel appliances, (presidential upgrades have gas ranges).
