I've lived here over the past few years on and off. The type of people allowed to move in have definately changed. The grounds have definitely deteriorated, trash laying out. Maintenance is not a problem. The guys respond quickly and are extremely helpful.

This community is composed of two story buildings on either side of Ingram Road. Some two and three bedroom townhouses are available. The premises are well kept and attractive. The standard amenities are available to residents. The rental rates are very competitive for the square footage and amenities. I was given a comprehensive tour by a knowledgeable, enthusiastic leasing agent. The property management company offers online applications and online residential services. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone seeking an apartment in this area of the city.

The experience was pleasant but very general. The leasing professional did a great job on building rapport. She had told me a funny story on the way to viewing the townhouse. She was very informative and knew her information.
