For a first time living experience in an apartment town home, its been a good experience so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm impressed by how fast maintenance is available to help resolve issues. The townhome itself is nice, a bit small in space, but its a good place to live.

This is a beautiful, well kept, and aesthetically pleasing community. Because it is mostly townhomes, it looks like a residential area rather than an apartment community. The leasing professional was wonderful. She was engaging and genuinely interested in assisting me in finding the perfect new home.

The customer service experience was great. The community is gated and that is a big plus. I really liked the inside layout and the outside of the apartments, too.

It is a very nice and quiet community. It is tucked off the main street, so there is not a lot of traffic on that street. It is not far from a lot of shopping places, including a grocery store. It is a very nice and well maintained community. The access gates give it a more secure closed in feeling. The flat apartments are very nice with a small front yard. There is plenty of parking spaces and detached garages. There is a lot of storage places as well as large walk-in closet. The kitchen has extra cabinet spaces and feels like a home.

The community amenities were very appealing and pretty new. The upkeep of the common area showed they take pride in their community. The leasing professional was very talented and her level of engagement was interesting. I could tell she really liked her job by the enthusiasm in her voice. She was sure to tailor the tour to my needs. Based on my experience today, I would lease from this property and recommend this location to others.

I found the amenities in the business center and the exercise room to be dated and in need of upgrading soon. The community was very quiet, which was appealing to families. The pool area was very nice though, clean and a great size. The service and attention of the personnel on-site was excellent. The customer service is great and the number one reason that I would move to the community. The apartment was decent and had an acceptable layout.

This community had a pool open all year for the residents use.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the fitness center has a large variety equipment, I would hesitate to use it due to the odor. The pool area needed a little attention. Two of the trash cans had trash spilling over.

If I was truly moving, this would be the place I would choose. It was fantastic!
