This is a truly beautiful community, and the atmosphere created by the overall care, maintenance of the exterior and the upkeep of the leasing and community areas was excellent. This is an impressive property and place to live. It is an excellent location for just about anything.

After living here for 8 years they decided to close the rear access gate. Residents must now enter through the front gate or drive to the other side of the complex to enter or exit. Very inconvenient for all residents. Due to the size of the complex, and the front gates not always working, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Also, water is turned off at least once a month. Sometimes you get notice, other times you come home from work and realize no water. Usually the water isn't back on until late at night, and then there was the time they said it could be out for over 24 hours.

My experience with this shop was fair. It was not in a league of its own, but fair.

The leasing professional was very nice. She made me feel comfortable.

I can not comment on the community amenities as I was not truly shown any of them. What I saw from sitting in the lobby appeared to be clean and maintained. The apartment that I viewed was clean but dark. The blinds were closed with very little lights on.

The apartment was very nice to look at when you first drive up. The swimming pool was very clean and gorgeous.
