The community was beautiful. The staff seemed robotic and rehearsed. I may or may not recommend the community.

The leasing professional was confident, polite and friendly. She answered my questions, overcame my objections and appeared knowledgeable of the leasing process and availability.

This was a nice community. It was not brand new, but the upkeep was wonderful. The pool was sparkling and clean. There was a nature bridge over a creek with lights that was amazing. The community was large. The pool and fitness center and nature bridge were all right with the office. The atmosphere was nice and comforting and the community seemed like home. I loved the arch in the doorway in the living area. I loved the fact that the second bedroom was off of a corner of the living area. The leasing professional was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this property.

The community was beautiful with many trees providing shade and an away-from-the-city feel. The parking lot had many spaces available for the residents and guest parking, which was very important. The privacy of the community and is location off the main road was a plus. The pool area and the gym were not crowded and very clean. The bathroom in the lobby, as well as the lobby, were exceptionally clean. Everything abut the apartment was beautiful and nicely up-to-date. The leasing professional was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

The Colonnade is a beautiful community in Plano. There is a nice golf course close by and a creek on the property. This community is also located near many great restaurants and shops.

I would definitely lease here. I enjoyed spending time with the leasing professional.

Beautiful apartment community, surrounded by nature. Everyone I came into contact with there had a smile on their face:leasing agent, maintenance team, and residents. I would be happy to call this place home.

This was a well maintained community spread on both sides of the road. The landscaping and grounds were clean. The leasing professional was detail oriented and described the facilities and amenities to my satisfaction, but she was not so friendly. The apartment was nice and well planned.

There was no engagement or excitement to lease an apartment. My agent was not rude or gloomy, but could have made me feel like this was a great place to live.

As a customer I would never rent or stay in a place that had bugs, dead or alive. This apartment is old, built in the 90's I think, and it still looks like it on the inside. The fixtures and rotting baseboards were not great selling points. These apartments need to be updated and cleaned!

This was a nice and upscale community in a great location. The price was fair, considering that the apartments were really nice and stylish with the latest upgrades. The scenic area around it made it seem as if you were not in the middle of a city. I liked the fact that it was a pet friendly place, with a dog park. I was not thrilled with all the added in cost such as covered parking, trash pickup, a monthly charge for pest control.

The leasing professional was prepared and exhibited a nice personality. The value was a fair value for what I would receive. I would probably recommend the community to my friends and family.

The community was in a desirable part of town, with easy access to shopping and my dentist. The views of the creek were very attractive, as well as the wooded areas through the community. The buildings facades made the community look newer than its real age. It was very clean and had a well maintained appearance.

The property was very well maintained and the amenities offered were great. The interiors of the apartments were very nice and made it very appealing for prospects to live at this property.
