The community was well maintained and going through a renovation. The amount of money asked per month for a less than 1200 square foot apartment was outrageous.

The staff was really friendly and nice. The community was definitely clean and free of debris.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at this community being Colonnade at Willow Bend is the ideal location for anyone who enjoys that luxurious, comfortable, convenient and scenic lifestyle. The North Dallas Tollway and George Bush Turnpike is just minutes away, giving easy access to just about any destination in and around Dallas, including fine dining and shopping. My impression of the staff and community itself was a positive one.
