I personally would recommend Bella Madera our experience here has been pretty fair aside of some of the requests it has great natural beauty around it on the lakeside it has the lake of course in the pier 121 marina great walking trails never too hard to find a parking spot the maintenance guys they are my amigos Goodfellas

My experience at Bella Madera has been very unsatisfactory in all aspects. Maintenance, apartment basic amenities and to top it off a rude manager.
Management is sorry that you have not enjoyed your home at Bella Madera, and wish it had been a better experience.

Newer apts being built now days are dormitory styles and very expensive!! You have thirty units with only two entering points, one-on each side of the building!!

The apartment is great. The features are great. But some of the residents aren't. Put your dog on a leash. Pick up their poop. Stop leaving your cigarette buds out.
