My perception is as a real customer would be that I liked the leasing specialist and the community was outstanding and it had so much to offer residents and was a great value.

Because is a great place to live with family. Common areas are the best part, the Pool is amazing.

I love the complex and the staff!

I loved the community and all of the amenities. There was a lot of traffic, but the leasing professionals managed it to handle it all.

Since the new management they are letting anyone into these so called luxury apartments; also I've researched and the prices have been lowered but I'm still paying my original rent from 2 years ago while others are probably paying less than 300 of my mo rent. Also parking is awful and only one entrance to this place. People leave their trash over flowing during the weekend and I've reported and of course it continues and because of this lately I've seen rats on the premises. There is dog mess as well; the property has diminished.

The agent was really nice and the community was beautiful.

It's like a family. Everyone is friendly and management is always surprising us with treats and events of some kind on a monthly basis. You never know what they will do to ensure that your stay here is pleasant.

If I were a real customer leasing at this community, the extraordinary pool, gym, and spa all caught my attention. The grounds were very well kept, and I did not see any trash. The apartment was well maintained, and the high end flooring, tub, organization of the walk-in closet, and kitchen were all impressive. I was only disappointed in the lower end washer and dryer. While the dryer is of less importance to me, I do not know anyone who uses a washer with a center spindle anymore. Using a washer with a center spindle is more wearing on clothes, uses more electricity, and, usually, more water. The kitchen was shown with mid to upper range quality appliances, and the non-matching washer and dryer was disappointing. I would suggest having the washer and dryer in a pool be available for those tenants who want one. I would want to bring in my higher end Samsung washer and dryer that is very energy efficient.

The office staff is never in and the phones switch over to a central location and they have no idea what is going on.

Maintenance is prompt and the staff is friendly and caring.

My impression of the staff was positive. They showed genuine interest in me and showed enthusiasm in showing the property. When I asked about the safety and type of people living there they told me it was a very diverse community.

I tell everyone how insanely bad it is for your sanity .

This is a very nice place to live and good people in the office. The raising of rent every time you renew your lease is the only reason residents like ourselves would want to move. I hope it is not the case.

Parking permits are unreasonable to acquire

1. Rude leasing office staff.
2. NEVER enforce "rules" about the pool and parking.
3. Sketchy people now live here. There's a man that walks around with his pants around his ankles drinking out of a bottle of liquor near my apartment every weekend.
4. YOU DONT GET NOTIFIED WHEN YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE. Please set up a notification system. It can be as easy as a sticky note in the mail box for goodness sake.
5. Good physical apartments, bad atmosphere.
