Since the new management they are letting anyone into these so called luxury apartments; also I've researched and the prices have been lowered but I'm still paying my original rent from 2 years ago while others are probably paying less than 300 of my mo rent. Also parking is awful and only one entrance to this place. People leave their trash over flowing during the weekend and I've reported and of course it continues and because of this lately I've seen rats on the premises. There is dog mess as well; the property has diminished.

If I were a real customer leasing at this community, the extraordinary pool, gym, and spa all caught my attention. The grounds were very well kept, and I did not see any trash. The apartment was well maintained, and the high end flooring, tub, organization of the walk-in closet, and kitchen were all impressive. I was only disappointed in the lower end washer and dryer. While the dryer is of less importance to me, I do not know anyone who uses a washer with a center spindle anymore. Using a washer with a center spindle is more wearing on clothes, uses more electricity, and, usually, more water. The kitchen was shown with mid to upper range quality appliances, and the non-matching washer and dryer was disappointing. I would suggest having the washer and dryer in a pool be available for those tenants who want one. I would want to bring in my higher end Samsung washer and dryer that is very energy efficient.

1. Rude leasing office staff.
2. NEVER enforce "rules" about the pool and parking.
3. Sketchy people now live here. There's a man that walks around with his pants around his ankles drinking out of a bottle of liquor near my apartment every weekend.
4. YOU DONT GET NOTIFIED WHEN YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE. Please set up a notification system. It can be as easy as a sticky note in the mail box for goodness sake.
5. Good physical apartments, bad atmosphere.
