Apartments are not noise proof; you can hear everything from neighbors. Neighbors leave trash out all weekend, park in undesignated areas and dog poop is never picked up

I would recommend for the look of the apartments and the amenities. However, I would not recommend it due to the current residents I am now seeing in my area. Seems the rules have become relaxed and some residents are taking advantage of it which has cheapened the look of our home.

Again, I've been dealing with Athena since I moved in. The people in the office are the face of this community. I can tell a fake person within 2-3 seconds after I have met them. The gentleman who took me on my tour of the apartment complex was amazing! However, when I moved in, he was not here any longer. if I Thena heaven want to show me around, I would definitely have sensed her attitude and would not have moved in.

1. There should be more security. My fiance's truck was broken into and I have talked to several other people that this has happened to, yet there is no security cameras anywhere.
2. It would help if the office closed at 7 during the week instead of 6 pm. I work an hour away and it's difficult to make it to the office to get a package if you close at 6.

Pool entry enforcement.

I understand that you are concerned about the pool area- Well the good news is, is that we have our Courtesy Pool Patrol back this year. Our pool is one of our most favorable amenities, so we want to make sure that all of our residents are able to enjoy! Front entrance lighting has never been fixed or works properly and does not look like an upscale apt/condo first appearance entrance. Landscape ( crape myrtle) (sp) outside my unit near very end of back gate is almost dead, and barely grows last 2 years.

I would consider leasing there, because the amenities they offered were superb. They even had a spa. The price paid was well worth it. The staff members were super friendly.
