The community provided carefree living in a beautiful setting. The apartments offered space and many modern conveniences. The amenities were inviting and the location was close to everything. My impression of the staff was they were professionals trained to offer friendly, helpful and knowledgeable services.

This is a pleasant complex, quiet, affordable with friendly and responsive staff. My only complaint is that the appliances are a little old, notably the dishwasher and washing machine. If we could have used our own it would be much better. But this is probably how they keep rent low, so it's worth it. I recommend these apartments if you are looking for a nice quiet place to live in Las Colinas.

Its awesome. Well maintained. The maintenance staff are always time and fixes are done real quick. Pool and gum are maintained well. The office staff are eager to help. All in all a great and comfortable experience living here.

This community seems to take pride in who they are. I spoke with two residents and they were both long-term residents. The community was tucked away in a quite area and had a peaceful vibe.

I thought the leasing agent was outstanding and I enjoyed my time with her. The weight room and pool were fabulous. What really was important to me was the location of the creek and view of green scape. I loved the walking path and the recreation center being close by. I did not like the bathroom shower grout in any of the apartments, and the texture on the walls. From far away it looked liked small bugs had been painted over.

The community was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very comfortable to deal with at all stages of the in-person tour.

I found the staff to be very friendly and willing to help me find the right apartment. Neither one of them spoke very much about the amenities or the benefits of residing in that community.

This was a very well maintained, smaller community. It had been kept updated, and it was very clean and modern. The amenities were the basic ones that would be expected in a very nice apartment. The landscaping was attractive, and the community was in a wooded, park-like setting.

The community is older with basic finish amenities, but it is very well maintained. The agent was meticulously detailed in their presentation.

Location is really good. very good neighborhood.

Staff, specifically Cindy and Christina are very helpful.

Maintenance guys are also very quick in addressing the issue.

Only cons is apartment are bit old and lack storage place..

The community was very easy to locate. It was close enough to the main roads to go to shops conveniently, but far enough from the road to not have a lot of traffic. The leasing professional was great at selling the property. They seemed very eager to assist me in finding the perfect apartment that I could call home.

This community was very accommodating. The staff was very pleasant and positive.

maintenance requests are sometimes slow and sometimes ignored, I am about to renew my lease and really thinking twice if this will continue to the case

Is definitively a well located place to live, surrounded by a nice landscape. Services and overall conditions of the apartments and community are also good, but still could be improved.
