Good location, friendly staff, Quick maintenance services excellent plan layout...Loving my stay of more than 2 yrs counting.

Good service and place. But when it comes to flexibility on the grounds of lease renewal, billing and other things they are not so flexible and thats where you feel you are let down.

Staff and maintenance is top notch. The the buildings are showing their age, but the maintenance crew ha fixed any and every work order I have had within 24 hours. Great apartment complex, the view is unmatched in all of Irving.

The staff's customer service was commendable. The community was a bit older, but it was kept up in great condition.

It is good to stay here when you have a lot of friends around. maintenance staff is supportive. Lease office employees help a lot. It would have been better, if there would have been a Community Hall, which could be utilized by Residents on occasions.

This is nice place to live in in dallas county. Specious and well maintained society with big parking lots.
Leaving in trails makes you feel like you are in living independent house.

This is a very nice place to live, specially for young couples who are newly married. All the staffs are very professional and helpful. I have been living here since April - 2013 and loved it. I would like to make couple of suggestions that 1 Please see if there is something can be done to make this society more secure. 2 Apartments cooling heating system maintenance should occur regularly. Overall it is an amazing place to live. I like Trails very much.

Maintenance always responds promptly to every request I have made. I haven't had any safety or noise problems to deal with. It's a pretty quiet community and overall great place to live.

Property is good, So far I referred 6 members in my 4 years tenure because i liked the way the property management responds to residents concerns. but this year rent rates got increased higher than the previous year and i was told that it got increased as per the market price.

it's okay, peaceful, pretty quiet except around the pool area, but that's too be expected, just not late at night.. and the outrageous price for a small one bedroom is unbelievable, no matter the location, but it is the going price within the area. And like they say renters will stay poor . Wish the leasing office would stay the same seems like everytime I go in for one reason or another there's someone different. Been here a few years, some have been nice friendly and some have been rude unprofessional.

I love living here. Maintenance is AWESOME. It is a lovely property. I would like to see a more updated Bathroom and better washer and dryers since you cannot bring your own. My overall impression is excellent and I am happy living here.
