The leasing professional had excellent customer service skills. It was just like talking to my best friend. She also was very detailed in explaining everything about the community to me. The apartment was filled with all kinds of modern features in it that made it a top seller. The amenities were also very nice.

As a customer, I appreciated the area of the community, as it was close to my job. The leasing agent used that in our tour as I would not be in any traffic coming from home once I moved in. She made me feel as if I was not just another applicant looking for a new apartment.

This is a very nice property. I think the pricing was a bit much for the size of the apartment.
my rent balance is NEVER on the portal. Please find out what's going on please.
it's ok parking is horrible though and the gates never work with the correct codes.
On the decline
The services are on the decline. The apartments facing Voss are too noisy. Hallways are dirty.
The service was improving but now declining.
Noisy and dirty.
I can't wait to see my contract ended.
Try to go somewhere else, or if you don't have any car and you don't need a parking space, this property is for you.
