Great place to live Wish parking wasn't so packed but that seems to be an issue at every apt complex in Houston

This is a community that I will recommend to anyone I know, that is looking for this lifestyle and way of living at an affordable rate.

I was absolutely "wowed" with the way that my needs were considered! It truly made me feel like they cared and that they wanted to make sure I made this place my home. I can not wait to live there, it is totally worth it.

Pros
-Staff is attentive and friendly
- Maintenance crew is fast and very kind.
- Spacious layout

Cons
-You don't get to know your neighbors.
-If you try to look for parking after 7pm, good luck
-A lot of people leave their trash all over the lounge and it's disgusting.
-Pricey

Advice
Nothing is perfect and people need to be more considerate of the property. I've seen residents break the gates by forcefully opening it.

I enjoy living at tanglewood at voss, they do a fantastic job at keeping the entire location spotless the entire staff is great and price is definitely reasonable for the great things that this complex offers no complains so far.

This is a beautiful property not far from the mall, major highways, and several dining and retail centers. It has large spacious apartments, with great kitchen finishes and open layouts. Every apartment comes with a full sized washer/dryer. It has simple amenities and two of everything for each side of the community.

In general things here are very good however there are few things that could be improved
- Cleaning the facility needs better focus and monitoring.
- one-to-one customer care - every while a call to check that everything is OK and no issues with willingness to make things better would have a positive impact.

I really enjoy living in this complex.

This is a great community in a great location. It has easy access to great shops, eateries and entertainment.

Tanglewood Voss is a great place to live. The staff, since day one has been awesome. They make you feel like a family member. The actual apartment is very nice and laid out very well. If I had anything negative to say it would be-the walls are a bit thin. You can hear your neighbors at times. I would recommend Tanglewood Voss to anyone who is in need of an apartment in this area. I am very happy.

The property showed well and the leasing agent was professional and pleasant during his presentation.

Nice apt - no real problems.
Only con is that maintence responded to my roof leak but didn't change my burnt out lights that I also requested be changed in my kitchen and entry hall.

This property is well maintained and features a great rate for the area.

This property was really nice and clean. The staff seemed to care about their residents. I would love to live there.

The community was great and had some nice amenities and features. The agent was excellent and had a beautiful personality.
