This was a very nice, no frills property located close to the medical center and the museum district. Spacious apartments with great standard features and beautiful accents. Definitely a great buy.

The property was decent. I was disappointed to learn that the available apartment was on the third floor. That was not the floor that I was expecting. The agent did not go over many other amenities inside the apartment.

It was a nice and well kept community. The pool is pretty small and does not look very inviting, as well as the gym. The one bedroom apartment on the third floor is very spacious and looks nice with vaulted ceilings and two columns at the dining area. The agent was nice, too.

This community had beautiful landscaping, and was well maintained with a great pool area.

This apartment community was conveniently located to freeways, downtown Houston, shopping, and entertainment.

I was very pleased with the visit and the level of professionalism that was extended to me today. I would recommend this property to family, friends, and acquaintances in the future.

Roof was leaking the day I moved in and is still leaking more than 2 years later!

The pool area is beautiful and exceptional. The property itself is nice and appears to be very secure. The interior of the apartment is adequate, but not exceptional. The common areas are very nice.

I would say location is great but that the community living is horrible. We loved it when we first moved in but now the parking is horrible and the tenants that live in the community litter and abuse the community grounds.

This is a very nice and gated community. It is close to the Medical Center and offers a shuttle. The community upkeep is notable. It has a twenty four hour fitness and year round pool. It has a business center and coffee in the leasing area if you want to grab a cup before work or school. The living area of the two bedroom and two bath nine hundred and fifty square feet was a little small for me. However, the kitchen black appliances and counter tops appealed to me. I liked the two full bath as well, And I liked that I could close off the second bedroom from the living area.
