The community was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and considerate.

My overall experience of this visit was a good one. The agent made me feel warm and equal and welcomed.

No frills community in proximity of Houston's medical center. Simple amenities plus a sauna. Large apartment with open floor plans for a reasonable price.

The upkeep of the amenities and the grounds of the community were excellent. All staff members that I encountered during my visit were extremely nice. The property was conveniently located to shopping and offered a shuttle.

Versailles Park apartments are really well maintained
I have stayed for about 9 months until Apr 2015 here and it has been a pleasant experience
The maintenance team needs a special mention as they are highly focussed on getting the issues resolved at short notice
The staff is very supportive and respond to any queries with minimum delay
I rate the stay at Versailles park highly satisfying and recommend it
Please be aware the apartments are a liitle high on price compared to a few others in this place thats the only caveat otherwise it is a good place

The leasing agent had excellent customer service skills. The apartment had a lot of modern features in it that made it different. The amenities were complete, everything that I could want or need.

Love this new site that post your amt to be paid instead of trying to guess. Staff (including maintenance staff) is very friendly & approachable. Wish there was more insulation so I don t hear my neighbors while in the bathroom.

The community within itself was nice. From the outside you can tell that it was an older community, but the inside of the apartment was updated. The outside could use some attention for the price the apartments are going for. The apartment as a whole was nice and I could see myself calling this place home.

The service at this location was energetic, original, and natural. The community amenities were extraordinary and fabulous. The common areas were flawless. My needs and desires were customized all and about me. My quality of life would be fabulous and I could see myself living at the community. I would also recommend the community to my family and friends.
