Noise level is horrible. There is leaf blowing at 7am, 10 am, 12pm, 2pm every single day which is completely unnecessary. Maintenence staff is great when called, but having someone freely enter the place you call home almost monthly for filter changes feels violating and unnecessary.

The building has horrible insulation for noise, the security of the buildings is questionable due to the frequent problems with the fob system. This is a very expensive place to live for the quality of the apartment.

Great Community!
We love it here! The apartments are brand new and beautiful! The staff is excellent. My neighbors are very respectful and everyone has a smile. There is a very positive vibe and energy here. We have an evening security guard but I have never seen or heard of trouble. The location is great as there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall I am proud for friends to see my new home.
Noisy, over priced but great location
At almost 2 bucks a square foot, you'd think there'd be insulation. The outside after 6 months of "launching" still has exposed plywood and there is construction every day. Giant loud 75 lb dogs abound and bark and there is dog feces everywhere. Staff just wants leasing commissions not a happy community. Sad. Only two elevators for 220 units. If you have bad knees, stay away.
