I have already recommended The Marq to people. Its location is ideal, in terms of proximity to the museums and restaurants in the Cultural District and in terms of its relative quiet. I also like the size of the complex. Finally, I appreciate that there are monthly opportunities to meet other residents. Unfortunately, I have not been able to take advantage of most of these, due to conflicts with the dates.

Dirty hallways garage windows and stairwells. Trash left in hallways overflowing trash chutes every week not enough recycle bins cigarette smoke from neighboring apartments permeate the hallways and my apartment. My upstairs neighbors are very loud security changes leave my halllway exposed to nonresidents at all times
