This is a beautiful community in the center of a vibrant new neighborhood. There are restaurants, bars, and shopping lining the streets in this area. The apartments are a little pricey, but that is because of the location. It is a real hot spot in the city.

This was a great location and accessible to so many outdoor amenities. The apartment was pricey for a one bedroom but understandable because of its location. The leasing agent was very sincere in her approach and friendly. She was not confident in her closing attempt. I would recommend this property based on its location and apartment features.

It was a very well maintained property with lots of open space, positioned directly in a new shopping area of west 7th Street near downtown Fort Worth.

My overall experience with this community was good. The staff members are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. The overall community was well maintained and beautiful. I would be happy to call this community home.

I was very impressed with the maintenance and upkeep of the property; not a single detail was missed. I was equally impressed with the apartment, especially the view from the wrap-around balcony. The rent is a little steep, but the area and access to shopping, dining, and special events makes it worth it.

Overall, I was unimpressed with what I saw and was presented. I was not shown many features of the community of the apartment and I did not get a good representation of the apartment that I was actually interested in. The leasing professional was very pleasant, but apparently she was new and it showed.

As a customer, I feel good about being at the property. I felt as though I could easily fit into the upscale property with so many community amenities to offer. The leasing professional made me feel as though the two bedroom was actually my new home. He showed me several options, including pointing where I could put my home office in different locations of the two floor plans he showed. He really wanted me and my husband there at the property. The space itself in the two bedroom apartment was a very appealing offer. I would truly have wanted a balcony on my large two bedroom apartment, however.

The leasing professional made me feel she was just there to show me the model. She really did not get involved in the tour or get me involved. I did not get any information on the maintenance team, the other agents or the management company.

The community was very nice and easy to get to. The location offered shopping and movie/dinner options within walking distance. The atmosphere was quite and appealing.

This was my first time viewing a loft property. I liked it. Will consider a loft unit in the future.

This apartment community is a home beyond any other home. You can go out to eat and the movies without even getting in your car. The staff is very friendly and would make it easy to call the community home.

The fitness center was extraordinary. There were ample, high-tech machines to choose from for a great workout.
