Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

Everything was modern and sleek. The hallways were freezing and felt cold which that really being my first impression of the apartments did not make it feel homey. I loved the kitchen but felt like the rest could use updating, like the blinds and ceiling fans. I easily bonded with the leasing agent and I felt like I was with a friend. The whole expirience was very nice but the elevator and hallways would be the thing that might make me choose elsewhere. The main selling point was that I really felt like I could trust the staff. I really liked the pool, gym, and how much outdoor seating there was.

The leasing professional I met is very friendly and upbeat. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartment has everything I would want in an apartment.

The leasing professional was very friendly with a great personality. He was a very positive person who did not miss a beat. The property was one of the best that I have seen, and what it had to offer was incredible.

I would definitely live here based on what the community and apartment homes offer. I liked the uptown city feel and the surrounding atmosphere. The style of the community and its floor plans are very attractive. I only met one staff member, and her excitement did not match the community and what it has to offer.

The apartment to me was very dated, even though I was told it was recently updated. Apparently the only thing updated was the counter top and the floors. Everything else felt old and outdated. The hall off the elevator was actually ugly. I would be embarrassed to have guests come over and see the entry hallway.

This community is located in a great area with amazing floor plans.

I liked the community, though I never found out if they had a pool area. That would be something I would have liked to see.

The community is conveniently located in the downtown area.

I enjoyed touring this property, but mostly because of the friendly leasing agent. The property itself was nice, but did not stand out from similar properties in the area.

I sensed a level of pride in the community by the staff. The prices are very reasonable and the surrounding community is very impressive.

my email got deleted

my email got deleted so for that past 3 months i have had to pay in person. the problem is my room mate & I travel for a living so many times we were not here and have relied on the online payment for 3 years now without fail. We have received significant amounts due in late fees.

My shopping experience was good, though it did not have a wow factor. I felt the property itself was nice and the leasing consultant did a good job of representing the property. I thought that it was great to have so many floor plan options, in that it gave choices to help suit specific needs as far as space and fitting furniture. The shopping experience was pleasant, and accomplished what I needed to make a decision as far as wanting to make it my home.

The property overall was very nice. However the models that I viewed had very low grade cabinets in the kitchen. Otherwise, the presentation, the local amenities and demeanor of the sales professional were first class.

Location is more of a curse than blessing

Have lived here for 10 months, in 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with big balcony directly on Crockett Street. Thought this was going to be amazing when it turned out to be worst apartment location to have. #1 The NOISE Is unbearable. The Crockett Street alley serves as an amplifier for all noises, especially at night. Every night of the week Monday through Sunday you can hear word for word conversations of loud, intoxicated people getting out of the bars, inconsiderate motorcyclists who rev their bikes at every hour of the night, people bumping and blaring their music as they slowly cruise down the street, and techno music being played outside restaurants. You are hard pressed to find a solid two hours an evening with peace and quiet. #2 OVERPRICED. No crown moldings or even nice bedroom doors or arched walkways. Sloppy finishing job on construction (there's paint on my toilet and floor from the initial build). They have cheap vertical blinds with plastic slats that break when you pull them shut and balcony screen door has had to be fixed several times because it's cheap and won't stay on hinges. #3 Garages and dumpster areas smell awful especially in hot summer #4 Terrible bathroom ventilation #5 non-air conditioned hallways or elevators so you sweat or freeze once you walk outside your apt #6 hard, concrete walls block cell phone signals and people will have been calling you for hours and you won't know. They don't deliver packages to door even if your home. You have to pray they send you a notice email that your package is in the office for pickup which is only available till 6 p.m. If you like at least some solitude, this is not the place for you.

I thought the community was in a good location but was really expensive.
