The community with the membership is an exceptional value. The community was noticeably clean and beautifully maintained. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and quite helpful. She had a terrific attitude and was genuinely interested in helping me find the best apartment for my needs. The community was in a great location. It had was nearby all the shopping and dining one could need. It had easy access to the expressway.

Great staff. The apartment is a great size, updated, clean, and comfy. The complex is quiet and a unique mix of people in the community. Great place to call home.

As with any complex, there are always small issues like noise from neighbors (and mine while there is minimal and usually relegated to weekend bass thumping fests from people's cars on a Sunday afternoon.) But aside from one inconsiderate neighbor, which is normal, the place is FANTASTIC!

This experience was exceptional. The apartment included many updates that gave it an upscale feel to it. The upgrades included tile entry flooring, track lighting in the kitchen, brushed nickel hardware and new light fixtures in the bathrooms, spacious walk-in closets, two-inch wood blinds and paneled interior doors. These upgrades added an element of refinement and made it an even more appealing place to live. The grounds/lawn and pool upkeep was outstanding and meticulous. The leasing agent was absolutely top notch. I would have liked for it to have its own fitness facility, which was just my own personal opinion because I enjoyed working out, but that did not detract from the overall experience.

The leasing professional was great and a nice, outgoing personality. The community was very nice and clean.

The Village as a whole is great. The Park, being an older complex, needs a lot of repairs. Lots of structural issues and internal issues to the apartment. Weird issues like knobs being on wrong, gaps in the walls and cabinets, cold water turning hot in the faucets after a few seconds, etc.

The amenities that were described to me over the telephone must be what I a resident would be paying for. The apartment home was dated. I saw traces of paint on the cabinets.

This community is one of my favorites. It provides a feeling of security and has a beautiful view.

I think is just perfect. There are super markets close by, very close by!!! Walking around is nice. The patrull comes every day and night checking everything is in order. I really like living here.

I enjoyed the visit because of a very clean community and efficient sales associate who made me feel welcome and important.

This property is wonderful. The upkeep is excellent. It is clean and well-maintained at all times. They do a lot of preventive maintenance.

The Park in the Village is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The amenities are amazing and the cost is comparable to many lower quality location. I feel like I made a significant upgrade when I moved in, but my wallet is still happy.

We have lived in The Village Apartments since 2006, at The Park for over a year now, and we are very pleased with the community as a whole. The management tries to work with you, the property is well maintained, and Smith Security, management at The Park and The Village in general is very professional. If you need something fixed, they get on top of it quickly and with professionalism. We could not really be any happier with our experiences here. Our utilities are reasonable as well, and the commodities are great!
