This community may be one of the older ones in The Village, but the square footage offered for the price is great. The upgrades are right in line with other properties.

The apartment was a little small for the price. The Village did offer lots of amenities and services that were included in the rental rate.

I really enjoy living at the Park in the Village. The community is very clean and well maintained. I love that there are patrol cars consistently out and about. The staff is very nice and helpful. I love it here!

The up keeping of the property is maintained externally and internally. Fresh plants are put out senionally. They community gatherings at least twice a month. The response time to resolving issues are handled immediately. The respect toward the individual tenants are consistently positive/friendly.

The community is in a nice cozy area tucked off in The Village. The community was well kept, and the grounds looked well maintained. The apartment had nice updated appliances, and although there were no garden tubs, it was nice to see nice tubs in the apartment. The leasing staff were friendly and helpful throughout the tour. This is a place that I would recommend for anyone to lease.

This was a well maintained and updated community. It had its own pool as well access to all the amenities of the country club. The apartments were nicely finished out, and it seemed like a nice quiet corner of the community in the center of a busy city. There was easy access to major highways, fantastic shopping, and many other restaurants and retail establishments.

Been here for 2 years now and I've never been in a place that takes care of their properties as well as here... Constantly making improvements and working on maintaining the quality of the apartments. Friendly management and great location and community.

Apartments are very old and need a lot of upkeep and maintenance. The staff is great but they can only do so much. Be prepared to have to call maintenance a lot.

The community is a great housing community that offers different styles of living. It has basic, clean apartments at a fair price as well as new properties with the latest and greatest amenities. Although the design is early 80's, the community has been kept updated and current with today's expectations for its price range.

The leasing agent was very natural and did not seem at all scripted. She was thorough and friendly.

yes. that title is correct. I had an opossum INSIDE my kitchen. The management company did not consider this to be an emergency. Personally I consider wild life inside my apartment an emergency. I had to call Smith Protective Services (the onsite non police police). They came and helped me get the opossum out of my apartment. For weeks before this happened I had been calling The Park telling them that there was a family of cats and a few opossums living under my building in a huge gaping hole. I would call about twice a week. They didn't see an issue with this. Less than one day after I called about the opossum they filled the holes. When some one finally came, a week AFTER the opossum was removed, to fix my dishwasher (eaten by the opossum) he told me about other people who have had upwards of 6 opossums in their apartments. I would not stay here. Also the previous tenant used carpet powder which has completely trashed my vacuum cleaner. The vacuum itself was brand new when I moved in and I will have to replace it when I leave. I only lived in the complex for 2 years.

This community is great to live in, although I have only lived here for a couple months, I know that I wouldn't mind staying here for a couple years. The amenities that are offered by the Village Apartment Community are exceptional. They always stay in contact with their residents and try to keep them connected with the monthly newsletter that is hand delivered to each resident. Searching for an apartment with reasonable pricing in a good community, while staying on budget was a task in Dallas, but once I found the Village community I knew that I must become a resident. I would recommend anyone to stay in this community.

The amenities were fantastic and they offered great events, activities, and assistance for whenever needed. Although the community itself looked old, the model was very updated and the staff made it seem new and inviting. The leasing consultant was extremely nice and I enjoyed that she got to know me. It made the visit worth while for sure.
