I recommend the Village apts to people all the time. In the past, I recommended it as a good value. I'm less likely to recommend it these days from the value side though based on my recent experience of high price increases.

I would recommend it due to its proximity to the grocery stores, the train station, as well as the overall ambiance of the village apartments. The entire village is very well maintained and relaxing. The flowers in the spring and summer, and the lights during the holidays, really make it feel like a community.

It's a good place for a single person, has a good safe location, the apartment is big enough to be comfortable. I enjoy living here, I just wish the rates would stop being hiked up so substantially. It is making me reconsider living here. I wish there were more emphasis on loyalty and trying to keep a good tenant around.

I felt like a complete bother to the leasing agent. I felt like the tour was rushed and that there was no interest in actually showing me the apartment. I would not have leased an apartment here based on the customer service.
Decent community but...
Village Apts in well located and fairly safe. But the apartments are very old and sometimes not well maintained - the flooring in my apartment is very bad.. Fixes are usually patch work and dont really address the quality issues - maybe thats why apartments are very cheap
Great place to live
If someone was interested in staying here, I would say it s one of the safest places to live. Although the price is a bit high, the quality of safety is worth it. The staff is professional and friendly, attending to my needs immediately. Overall, I really enjoy living here.
