I'd tell people about the Village, and be sure to highlight the amenities and the grounds. But I would also make sure they were aware of the terrible maintenance staff and the unprofessional office personnel.

The property here was in a great central location and was full of community activities to engage in. The apartment homes were clean, updated, and had 24 hour courtesy patrol and lock out service. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in a great central location that was reasonably priced.
