Great experience, very helpful staff!
I've lived here for almost 3 years and I've never had any issues. Anytime something came up, whether it be maintenance or having to pay my rent late, the staff was very helpful and understanding. Everytime I have a maintenance issue, they come out right away and I get a call from the office later to make sure everything was done correctly. I have a lot of friends over and there is always plenty of parking. I also barely EVER hear my neighbors. That never happens! I've never lived anywhere longer than a year so I just wanted to say thank you for everything! It's been a great experience!
Had better service level in the past
Since Lincoln Property took over the apartment complex, the water bill is sent separated from the rent.
In the past, they would be combined and the final amount drafted from my bank account.
Now a separated bill is mailed to us and we need to get that amount, add the rent and an additional $2 dollar fee, and with that final amount, update the website monthly to draft the exact sum.
In my case, I've been traveling for extended period of time and I was not home when the bill arrived, therefore I didn't know how much I should enter in the website for that month. In both cases I got notices in my door saying that I owned a balance of $2 or 4$ dollars and late fee could apply.
I inquired the local office about this issue twice and got no response about it. I send a inquire in the website and got no response either.
This is getting to a point that I might not renew my lease due to the risk of having my credit hurt because of $2 dollars.

apts are nice
A nice quiet place to live.
Its a nice place and everyone keeps to theirselves for the most part. Location is great and the Cable and Internet are not too bad now unlike years past. All In All its one of the better places to live.
I think it is a nice place to live, however Based on the amount of renti I pay, i feel the kitchen appliances in my apt needs complimentary uppgrade
I would tell them them that the staff is nice, the grounds are nice and that maintenance is efficient.
I would also tell them that some of the draw drawbacks are: The Kitchen appliances in the kitchen are outdated(you are charged extra for modern appliances) and that the cable service is limited to either Time Warner and Direct TV, so pick you apt location wisely because depending on where you live in the complex, Time Warner could be the only cable service you will be able to have. I am a devoted TV wathcer and was very dissappointed to find out that I am not able to have Direct TV due to the position of my building.
I wish I would have been given that info before I moved in, as the limited cable service would have possibly made a diffence in my living choices.
