Nice place to live.

The property looked good and the leasing staff was friendly.

The leasing professional offered good information. The actual visit to the property was good. I feel the representative hit all the key points.

This community is a beautiful property. They have a lot more amenities than most communities. The leasing staff I had the pleasure of talking to was great.

I love the apartment complex itself. I have referred three people to the community who have all signed leases here. My only warning would be that things tend to get "mixed up" in the office quite a bit.

The only other concern is that there is constantly dog poop in the grassy areas between the buildings. I think the complex has done a great job making this a pet friendly community with the areas for pet waste, etc. However, people are clearly abusing the situation and not cleaning up after there pets. I'm not sure what a good solution to this is, but it's a gross problem.

My experience as a customer at this property was very positive. I was treated with warmness and kindness throughout the time that I was there. If I had been actually seeking a place to lease, I would have accepted that invitation.

It's a well maintained place has nice landscapping and it seems like people are screened well enough that in my time here theres been littleon the news that has haunted other complexes in the greater dallas area

it is a quiet place to live. the grounds are nice to walk around. I like the courtyards at each complex. I like that my apt is updated with new blinds, countertops, and appliances.

I wouild tell them no, don't do it. It is a very under managed apartment complex. Terrible service. Lindsey in the front office is rude, immature and too young to understand customer service. If this apartment was a car it would be considered a lemon law violation. I will never recommend this apartment. I have lived in several apartments, including low income, and had wonderful service and great staff. Camino Real is expensive for the service you recieve.

Noisy, pet waste everywhere, office staff seems to be different a lot and not on top of everything. Twice I needed maintenance, I had to call back to the office. I had referred a friend who moved in and I don't think I would refer another.

Like a house without the headaches

Office staff is not always helpful or friendly. Some of the policies, such as having to pay for laundry tokens with a money order or check, is ridiculous and inconvenient. The gym is the worst gym I have ever seen. Every time I work out, I'm worried that wasps or bees will sting me. The gym always has bugs. The machines are so old and some do not even work.

Luckily, our apartment is beautiful; but that's about the only thing.

During my visit at the community, I was treated very friendly. When I left, I left with a family feel. The apartment community offered things that I have never seen before such as the half basketball court and the racquet ball court. I also really liked the size of the business center. I it had four computers and a room offering wifi, which is an added bonus.

Its a good place but watch out for the speed bumps they were tank traps in a previous life.
