It's not your fault at all, but some residents throw trash in the stairwells and hallways. Many don't clean up after their pets. Overall, it is a nice place.

I think there are similar places with lower rent. Not as new but you could save a couple hundred a month

Clean building, great management, great location.

The community appears to be just another loft around the Uptown area. However, this is far from the truth. This apartment screams elegance and beauty. The elegance theme ran throughout the entire community. The pool and fountain area would make any resident feel as if they were living on a resort. The apartment was beautiful. The quartz counters were gorgeous and would make anyone want to turn away from granite!

L Two is a beautiful community with great amenities and an excellent leasing staff. However, the cleanliness of the community, the noise transmission between units, and the noise from neighboring facilities has made my living experience at L Two less than desirable. I will not be renewing my lease, and I will not recommend this community to any of my friends.

The price does not reflect luxury living. If the rent was significantly lower, the noise may be tolerable. But the mere fact that this apartment is considered luxury living, one should not expect to hear their neighbors urinating. Unfortunately, the professionalism and friendliness of the front office staff cannot fix this huge problem, as this is a structural issue.

My upstairs neighbor seems to have no awareness that he/she is living in an environment in which people share walls. They walk around usually loudly and at all hours of the night and they blast their music unusually early in the morning (about 6:00am on the weekdays and 8 or 9 am on the weekends). My distaste with how loud my upstairs neighbor is has absolutely steered me away from recommending L2 to my coworkers who are looking for new apartments.
