Overpriced, over aggressive towing policy, elevators that are regularly out of service, fire alarms in middle of night (and pouring rain) frat party at the pool on weekends.

Thank you for taking time out to provide feedback to our recent survey! We really do value the information provided in response to our surveys as they help us to understand what we are excelling at as well as where we can improve. Thank you for all the wonderful feedback regarding our maintenance team. It feels amazing to know we have such dedicated team members helping to make this community amazing! I would, however, like to address some of your concerns mentioned within the survey. In regards to the elevator inconvenience, I do understand that this has been an issue in the past but we have eliminated elevator reservations because we too found it to be a hassle. I hope that you find this to be easier on everyone as well! With that, I would like to explain that if someone is disturbing you or being disrespectful to the property, the Courtesy Officer is always available to handle those type of situations. To contact him, all you have to do is call the office number, 214.736.1338 and push "2" and that will direct you to our Courtesy Officer. We want to establish a positive and comfortable living environment for all of our residents and, if that is not happening for you, I would be more than happy to help address/fix anything that is going on. I hope this email provides you some insight on what our goals and values are as far as our property and residents are concerned. I don't like the valet trash option in a mid rise building. Too many people leave their trash out in the hallways too long and sometimes not in the container. I can imagine this is tough to police, but it's unsanitary and unsightly. I know the office is trying to get this under control, but it has always bugged me.

I would recommend for location, interior finishes and amenities are nice for those who use.

The rent rate per month is much too high for what you are getting. It is nearly as expensive is luxury highrises in the area but is nowhere near the standards of a luxury highrise.

I do love the green Leed built building . Utilities & electricity are low! Love it & it is always comfortable in my apartment . Love the recycling pick up & the exterior flower beds too .

I've been in many of the apartment complexes in uptown/downtown, and L2 is by far the most well-maintained, best run, and most high-end building (for the rent) that I've seen. L2 is on a completely different level than any other apartment building that I have dealt with. I have recommended L2 to many people, and I would very strongly look towards CWS for my future renting needs.

I would recommend L2 more if the areas I stated above were improved and the price reduced; otherwise, to me it's not a great value. It's a relatively nice apartment with some nice amenities but I wouldn't say the value is worth the price.
