The apartment complex is great, but we're having far too much late night noise in the common areas (past 11 PM). This has only been a problem in the past few months, but it is getting worse.

Beautiful community with amazing amenities. The apartments were very nice with nice finish outs, built in desks and wine racks. Great location very close to West Village and downtown Dallas. Well kept community very clean and well maintained. The leasing professional provided me with an exceptional presentation, I would be pleased to recommend this community to others.

If you want to be in the heart of the city and enjoy everything that it had to offer, then it would be the place for you. The property really pales in comparison to other properties and living a lifestyle instead of simply leasing an apartment. It was really a step above the rest, a great place to call home.

The place was really nice, but half the price was based on the location I believe. I had seen really great places for about half the price.

As I said earlier, my level of comfort with calling L2 home is declining. Traffic, Oak Grove is major disrepair and the break-ins definitely do not help.

The community was very upscale and the 360 degree views because of the glass was unique and really separated it from others. I loved the spaciousness of the unit I viewed and all that it had to offer. The price was steep, but for all that you're getting, it's well worth it. I would recommend the property to anyone who can afford it.

cost is high, location is great, mixed group of residents. Young professionals could be looking for a more "social" and younger apartment.
