Great place to live, currently undergoing changes. Must watch out for debris and nails. Little projects not getting attention due to the focus on the big picture.

I would tell my friends that the location is great and the apartment has a very nice layout. Unfortunately, I would also tell them that the noise level from neighbors is excessive. I would not recommend to a student or a professional. Further, while I have complained multiple times, the issue is still not resolved. In fact, I recently complained and the noise level increased.

Wait until all the construction is over. I LOVED the apartment, staff, and location for the first 14 months I lived there but as of the time the construction started I couldn't wait to move out! Workers would literally be moving ladders around and doing work on my patio outside my bedroom at 6:45 in the morning 6 days a week even though I was told workers would not be there on the weekends, they were every Saturday. Not to mention blocking in the garages with no notice and making me miss class multiple times because the workers parked a forklift in front of my garage and I couldn't get my car out.

Assuming all these issues were transient, I would definitely recommend the community to someone, and had I not be relocated to Houston for work I would have continued to live there.

I lived in an un renovated unit so I'm using that unit as my reference point for the 1-5 scale.

The community has a fabulous location on University right off of Greenville Ave. The community is undergoing a complete renovation and will be like living in a new apartment. It offers beautiful mature trees, garages, trash pickup and all the amenities one could want- brand new!

This is an awesome property with a gorgeous office and amazing layouts.

This customer experience was based off not being able to see the full beauty due to the construction and remodeling that was being done and not the presentation of the agent.

The community seemed very ordinary. I think the equipment and 24 hour fitness center was nice. The apartment was nice. The leasing agents were very nice also, and very conversational.
