I was impressed with the leasing agent's presentation of the apartment and the community. She seemed genuinely involved in the community and pleased with her job. She made an admirable display of the features and amenities and was sincerely interested in helping me to view them favorably.

Michelle was very knowledgeable of the property. She knew how to get my attention and keep me engaged with what I said I needed. After I told her what I was looking for in an apartment, she remembered and made a point to tell me something about it when we passed it.

This was a lovely community near the center of the city and near major highways and the commuter rail line. The updated model apartment I saw was spacious and beautifully finished out. My only objection was that there were no large apartments built on the first floor; only the one bedroom apartments were downstairs.

The community was very clean and free of trash. The upgraded apartments were really nice for the rental rate. The apartments were very spacious to accommodate many people. I would definitely live there.

I would definitely recommend it because it had all the modern amenities you would be looking for. The price was competitive but not a great deal. It was average for the area.

The community was in a wonderful location. It was near the best in shopping and dining. There was easy access to Central Expressway and Greenville Avenue. The amenities were attractive. The community was clean and nicely maintained. The leasing staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The company amenities were very appealing. The counter tops were beautiful with the gold sparkles. The bay windows had a cozy feeling. I had not seen a jack and jill bathroom in years. It was such a nice apartment. I would definitely rent from Lincoln Property.

I would tell them this is a very bad time to move in and not to move in below the 3rd floor. Landscaping and construction have been notoriously loud all day long and sometimes before 8am or after 7:30 pm. Trash is a complete disaster because rates have gone up but the problem has gotten worse. Without an available dumpster animals are prone to digging through it. The wind blows it around the back section. With all of the exterior work being done mud has been tracked all over sidewalks and walkways. Impossible to avoid. The lack of vegetation and clogged drains cause mud to constantly be present. I believe some really good changes are being made, but it has been 6 months of construction zone living to make it happen so far. I wish i had known what was about to happen before I moved in a year ago. All of the experiences I have had here were not necessary.

It is a great place to live. I haven't had to worry about feeling unsafe. It is in a great location and the office staff are really wonderful. I also love that there is no bassing or surround sound inconsiderate people living here. I feel at home here.

This property offers a feeling of old charm. The grounds are impeccably maintained and beautifully landscaped. The interior finish of the apartment speaks of class.
