The pets

We have a dog park with benches so your pets can roam without a leash. The benches are in a place with shade so you can watch your pets run without their leash.

Again, it posing risk to kids who are playing without parents watch. I saw last week one kid almost came under the car, where a lady was driving. I did alert the parents and warned the kids not to play on roads. Strange thing to me is we have place for dogs not for kids to play in our apartments. I see lot of bushes in the place where Building 2,3,4, 5 etc are surrounded, why can't management clean it up an nicely make a play area for kids, there by make the place safe of kids. Hope this survey has a meaning

Great atmosphere so that's a plus but with what we are currently paying you could easily rent a house , which we plan on doing

It needs security monitoring on regular basis. People do anything they like in regardless of their neighbors. Someone back into my parking space and I could not get out of my unit to leave. Had to sound my car alarm. They had a parking spot under the shelter but for some reason thought they would park behind me.

I would love to live in this community. It had the aesthetics along with the family community feel. The leasing professional was so complimentary of the maintenance staff, his boss and other residents. He also spoke highly of the company that owned the property. He made every effort to get me to move to the community.

Feels pretty safe but some safety features are broken a fair amount of time...like gate and entry to gym.

The only downfall is the parking. There aren't enough parking spaces.

This is something we are continuously trying to improve. We recently had our parking lot redone to include some additional parking spaces. We will continue to look for ways to improve our parking.
