If you split a 2-bedroom with an open floor plan, I think this complex has good value. But the one-bedrooms are way overpriced for what you get.

The constant smell of dog pee is a problem in 4th floor

The noise within the unit is greater than I expected. I can hear water running through pipes from the units above me, the traffic/speeding in the garage is bothersome and the exterior doors close very loudly. I do love the outside spaces, high ceilings, floor plans, flexibility and attentiveness of the staff and I am happy to make Marq on Burnet my home.

I think it might be slightly overpriced for what it is.
We are genuinely sorry if any past experience has caused you to lose faith in us but we hope that it is never too late to regain your trust. Nice units, good location, quiet, amenities look nice (haven't used yet)

I think the location is great, but some of the building materials used, as well as poor sound proofing does not merit the monthly rent.

To much noise for any of my friends, but I will surely recommend someone if they want to live like college kids or bar people.
