I liked the area. It was comparable to other newer high-rise apartments. My experience was good, I would have rented. I would not call the experience "outstanding" but I know that people are not robots and we all have different personalities. Overall it was a good tour.

I love this apartment community, but I am not pleased with the carpeting in the hallways. I think it often smells badly/musty and appears to be stained in some areas.

Would because of the friendly staff and amenities. Would not because the price and the various fees attached ontop of rent. Boiler fee of 13.75/month is excessive

This community was definitely above average compared to others in the area. The apartments were gorgeous. I liked the first floor apartments because of the concrete flooring and the 18 foot ceilings. The amenity areas were gorgeous and very clean. I would definitely consider living there.

Too loud. People are filthy and let their dogs urinate everywhere. It's not the apartment staff, its the tenants.

This was a truly unique apartment community. It was located close to restaurants and retail shops. The amenities were resort style and very appealing. The apartment was luxurious and well appointed.

There is a perception that they only want to fill the units but dont care about your loving experience after you have signed a lease.
We appreciate all of your feedback and we apologize for the troubles that you have encountered lately. Please note that we are trying our hardest to address the pet feces throughout the property. We are looking for a better solution for the parking garage since the speed limit signs are not sufficient. While the leasing professionals were helpful and the grounds were nice, I would not live there. I do not like how there are concrete floors in homes. That does not feel homey or welcoming at all and the heavily modernized furniture made the aesthetic look cheap instead of expensive. The amenities were also nice, but not nice enough to make the apartment feel like a real home.

The apartment community was cutting edge in a very desirable part of the city. Everything that residents needed was just steps away from their door. I would highly recommend living there.

it might be out of people's price range. Also the noise between apartments is noticeable and can be bothersome if you are not used to multifamily/ multiunit life. other than that it is a good place.

Love the amenities but definitely feel like I'm burdening the staff when I ask them to fix amenities or help make the complex safer for residents. Maintenance doesn't fix things right the first time and when we put in tickets twice there seems to be a grudge..ex. We had 3 dryers with the same malfunction put into our apt and after the first request the maintenance left the room filthy with dust, dirt and water all over the floor.
