The community was very impressive. I enjoyed the
presentation. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was impressed with the amenities such as the walk-in closets, in apartment washer/dryers and private balconies. I liked the fact that it had granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. However,I felt that the square footage of the living room could have been bigger for the amount of rent per month. I also felt that they should have had a private pool available for the residents to use. The upkeep of the common areas was impeccable and made a great impression. I also liked that the community was nearby to restaurants, stadiums and shops. I may or may not recommend this community to my family and friends.

I incurred a parking expense. I believe I was over charged. The entry to the building and other areas was well secured.

This apartment community is in an ideal location in downtown. It offers a connected parking garage for your convenience. The building has great curb appeal and is well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and dedicated to the community.

I felt the community and apartment were beautiful. I liked the granite counter tops both in the kitchen and bathroom. However, I felt that there should have been stainless steel appliances and a fireplace for the amount of rent charged per month. I also felt that the living room could have been larger, and there should have been free parking. I also felt that there also should have been a pool. Based on the apartment features and community amenities, I would consider leasing here.
