The apartment was nice. It was well taken care of. The staff was very nice and very helpful telling me about many things to see and do there.

The property was very well maintained and had great outdoor seating areas. The fitness center and yoga room were state of the art. The building was secure and easily accessible to downtown events.

I left with a positive attitude about the presentation and the community.

The leasing professional was pleasant and sincere and appeared interested in trying to accommodate my needs. The upkeep of the place was exceptional and expected. The community offered granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a full size washer/dryer and walk-in closets. The fitness area seemed nice and the community lounge appeared warm and inviting. The apartment community offered dry cleaning services for a fee. The rent seemed high and there also was a monthly fee for parking. The amenities appeared high end, but I would have preferred stainless steel appliances and a gas stove for the extravagant rent. I also would have expected free parking or a pool for the amount of rent charged per month. Overall I did not feel it was a great value. It appeared like it would be a nice place to live, but would not recommend for the long term because of the high cost of rent and not enough high end amenities. For these reasons I would not feel comfortable recommending this community to my family and friends.

The amenities were great, but for the price, I would like a pool or a hot tub, and for this reason, I feel what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was a little high priced. The upkeep was exceptional, and I did not see anything that needed repair or improvement. The professional's level of engagement was truly outstanding and really was like spending an hour talking with a friend. She was flawless at relating the home to my needs and interests without overselling it. The home and community were presented by the leasing professional as a luxurious and exciting place for a professional such as myself. Based on my experience, I would definitely love the thought of calling this community home. I envision the quality of life here as convenient and appealing. Having a Concierge would be so helpful and a true added value.

I really enjoyed my experience viewing this property. The views are great and the potential to be close to work and entertainment is beyond comparison. I could really appreciate the possibility of such low-cost parking downtown. If I worked along the bus route or downtown, I would save a ton of money and would never move my car. This site is close to or on the bus line to all of the best and convenient shopping that the city has to offer. The customer service seems genuine and readily available to your needs. I would definitely consider this as a contender in a top place to live.

When I walked into the community, the first thing that came to mind was how nice the place looked. Then everything we went over made me feel it was worth the money.

The consultant presented the community extremely well. They went into great detail about all aspects of the community, the neighborhood and the apartment.

These are great apartments with a fantastic location. This place also seems to have a sense of community and is definitely worth checking out.

This is a modern and convenient property. It is located right in the heart of downtown and is hard to beat. The building is modern and well kept, with great amenities like a 24 hour fitness center and a large lounge. The lounge opens to a patio, overlooking a large part of downtown and the river. The apartments are spacious, with large balconies and a walk-in closets. The kitchens have granite counters and a lot of counter and storage space.

I would recommend this property to friends and family. It was modern, contemporary and fairly new. The convenience of downtown is definitely a plus. It is within walking distance of many of the major attractions downtown. The only con would be the additional amount needed to park in the parking garage. The fitness center and the community lounge/terrace were very big selling points. Both were a nice size and looked modern and new.
