The agent was very detailed and had a great attitude. The location of the apartment is great and depending on which side of it you are living on, you could have a great view of downtown itself. The apartment community is in a great location and the only thing that is a deterrent is parking. Even though there is a great discounted rate for the garage, it is still an additional cost. Overall The Encore definitely tries to make things convenient for residents.

The presentation made by the agent was very nice. The fact she allowed me to see her own apartment since none were available to view, was not only very nice, but also very commendable. The entire building was spotless. Everything in its place. It was nicely decorated for the season. The common room was beautiful, nicely decorated, and would be a place I would love to entertain.

The apartments were nice with decent sized rooms, a very nice kitchen, and large closets. They had balconies and a washer and dryer were in the apartments. The fitness room and rooftop clubhouse were nice amenities. The rent was entirely too high, but this is the norm for downtown living.

The agent was very warm and friendly. She made sure she covered all the bases when showing me the model apartment. She gave detailed explanation of anything and asked a few times if I had any questions. She left me with the impression that it was a very secure, friendly, fun community, with great amenities and I was very welcomed.

This community exceeded my expectations. The common areas and amenities were great, clean and well cared for. The ease and accessibility of parking for the downtown location was surprising - and affordable! I love how close it is to Point State Park, especially with a dog who is used to long walks. I would be happy to recommend this property to friends!

The leasing agent showed me the fitness center, the outside area which was nice in better weather and common area/resident area that could be rented.

If this was the type of home I was looking for, I would be very excited to live here. The building was beautiful, the apartment was gorgeous, and the amenities were wonderful. Plus everything around the apartment building is awesome. The restaurants and plays are within walking distance.

I would have definitely considered renting at this property. From the moment you come inside the building, you feel a welcoming but safe environment. The leasing professional made me feel that I would not be uncomfortable to stop by and voice concerns or ask questions. The attention to detail for the entire process made me think that these agents really were focused and cared about the residents. I also enjoyed the little packet that gave me all the pertinent information about renting at this property.

Everything here was great. I loved the outdoor patio and that it was only a couple floors up. That is good for people scared of heights. The apartment was nice and the view was unbelievable.

This community offers a great cowntown location with proximity to theaters, sports venues, and restaurants and bars. The building is upscale and constantly striving to stay current with renovations. The gym, resident lounge, and resident patio are renovated and offer great spaces for residents to use. The apartments are spacious, with balconies that provide beautiful views of the river and downtown. All apartments have a washer/dryer, as well as large walk-in closets. The apartments are well insulated from the building and the outside noise. There is a door man in the building five days a week. He and the leasing staff are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of pride in working for this great downtown community.
