I would recommend it because it doesnât feel like an apartment complex. It feels like a community. A lot of apartment complexes feel like apartment complexes and this really feels like a neighborhood, which is great.

I actually did recommend it twice in the past year. One friend was visiting in winter and walkways were a mess. She went elsewhere. The other friend thought the rent was too high.

Not for the price they are paying . Recent water shut-offs like every other day. Work orders are not fulfilled quite fast when you call the work office .

I think you are heading in the right direction and do want this to be a good and positive living experience for your tenants. I would also tell them they need to be prepared for the on-going improvements which I'm hoping will be worth the wait.

Too much construction for a too long a time and very unrelaxed living having workers on site on a daily and constant basis. No privacy. Price increases in rent seem to be too high based on conversations with other residents.

It is close to good schools and stores. But, it is not worth the price. There is more focus on the look of the apartment complex then the functions.

Overall I think it is a quiet community with access many key places. However, since moving in I had dirty vents (still) and one that was replaced still sits on my balcony. Also the bugs in my apartment since day I moved in continue. I put clorox in drain etc. hd exterminator come twice. People/office staff are very nice.

Although I appreciative of the cost of the upgrades being made, the proposed rent increases are outside of what I can afford. I dont know anyone on my sphere who would pay the current rent.
