Beautiful apartment. Pool and gym hours are extremely inconvenient. Office says hours are due to covid, but other apartments in the area are under the same regulations and have better hours. Amenities fee was not reduced when hours were reduced.

I would recommend this complex to someone just starting out and do not have expectations that are above par. If you have lived in a luxury apartment this may or may not be the place for you, it depends on what your needs are.

I have often seen piles of dog poop while walking the grounds and the tenants on the first floor are noisy and disruptive.

I think it’s pretty expensive for the quality of some of the internal parts (see above), but it’s a gorgeous community and everyone seems pretty friendly.
