This was definitely a place I would call home. The neighborhood was outstanding and the community was excellent.

Wish I could move in tomorrow! I ended the visit with no concerns. I brought up painting the walls and it was addressed and not a problem. There were pictures in the office of the new addition and I was told it would be open late summer. The agent had an idea for my canasta card club and talked about the planned events for the community. This was a very thorough presentation of the Matisse.

This was a great property with a great location. I is quiet, close to the river and close to downtown. There is a cable car that goes right in front of the apartment and lots of great river walks near by.

I liked the leasing agent and the apartment. The community seemed like a safe and secure place to live.

This is luxury style living. It has all of the conveniences that an apartment community could have to offer. The staff have worked very hard to make the apartment experience a home experience.

The amenities were ordinary. The upkeep was notable considering they had construction going on at the time. The leasing professional came off as robotic, and the level of engagement was mediocre. I might recommend a family/friend to this community.

I could easily have fallen in love with this community. Had I actually been in the market for an apartment of this caliber and price range, I would have looked no further. I would have signed the lease today and would have been moving in tomorrow. Why wait, when I can be living in a place like this?

A really exceptional community. Once I am done with law school, I will definitely look at this place again.

My only concern with the community was location, which was close to very nice areas but close to the freeway which made it have a commercial feel.

I really liked the apartment community. It is upscale with nice amenities and everything I would want in an apartment home minus the fireplace. The building seemed to be very well insulated and temperature controlled. When in the apartments I had the feeling that you get when in a home.

The apartment and property and neat, clean and modern. The apartment is expensive and doesn't offer a lot of storage space in the apartment.

The building is modern and green. The amenities are lovely, and and the art work enhances the atmosphere of the community. The model apartment was compact with large windows and great views.

I think this apartment home had good amenities and a good location. I connected well with the leasing professional and would live here if it was within my budget.

I would love to live there. The leasing agent did an awesome job presenting the community and the apartments to me. The apartments were beautiful. The agent was genuine and sincere about wanting to help me. I felt she was direct and clear, but not pushy at all.

The buildings were newer, with great design and great functioning features, as well as energy efficient upgrades with the windows. If I were seriously considering a move downtown and had the means, I would feel comfortable choosing this community as my new home.
