Our friends have seen our apartment and they think its crazy for what we get (or don't get) and the fact they raise our rent every year, this past year by $50 which is a lot more then the cost of living increase we get!

The community was very well taken care of. The grounds, clubhouse, pool and fitness center were all clean and in working order. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, and it was easy to picture just moving right in.

The community is nice, but things are packed into it. There are 711 apartments on 120 acres and a total of 2500 people. Too many people and cars for me. I think I would find it noisy, crowded and lacking privacy.

The tour itself was cordial, but I may not have leased based on the presentation. While the property seemed very upscale at first glance, the corridor area showed the age of the property and gave it an older/less grand feel. The windows did not seem very substantial and I got the impression I would be hearing the neighbors through the ceilings and walls. The amenities were extremely nice.

The welcome center was inviting, and the amenities were a touch of class. You do not usually find so many of them in one place, and I have never seen a theater in an apartment community. NICE!
