Apartment Review from a Current Renter

There are some tenants who are loud throughout the entire night, and no one seems to have contacted them. Some dogs bark all night, it is extremely annoying and should be delt with.

Employees not very interested in their position at work. There is a lack of communication with papers, mail, etc.

There were some issues on both ends trying to schedule move out/in dates for our recent transfer. Dates moved up/back and when going to get the keys to move in, the carpet cleaners weren't finished. I wish there were more parking options, but it is reasonably. Not everyone is responsible about the care of their pets. Maybe more enforcementon owners not cleaning up after their pets. Maybe agreement for inspections/check ups and waiver/extra fee for pets that are not currently accepted. Street signs should be put up to keep guests from getting lost. GPS can only get you so far. Maintenance crew is awesome. Found a couple of problems with apartment prior to moving in and they were fixed the next day. Tarran is awesome!

Please don't chop the trees.

Cosmetic appearances of hallways, stairs, and unit could use a rework. Old paint and cracks are very visible.

Great upkeep of facility. 24/7 access to gym would be appreciated. Rent price is too expensive for moderate-income housing. The "tranquil" vibe marketed does not match the actual environment.

Everything is good.

Staff is friendy, grounds clean and well kept, and when there is a problem, it is fixed immediately.

I like the maintenace personnel, they are all friendly and punctual with requests. My only real beef is not being able to hang banners/flags that are tasteful. My son is a US Marine and I had wanted to hang a flag, but was not allowed to. I think/feel it is respectful and if it offends someone then they live in the wrong country! I don't think all flags/banners should be banned, I feel there should be exceptions.

Lassan, Angelie, and the staff are awesome!

Would liek to see a carwash area and more railings on outside steps.

Don't charge an extra $50 for a gym key, especially if there is more than one person in the same apartment. Better security. Less rude staff when security is concerned.

The place is a decent place. The office folks are helpful.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

This apartment community was very impressive, based upon what it offered and how clean it was. Everyone who worked there that I came in contact with, was very nice and helpful. This community offered things that most places do not, such as a theater great for residents. I liked how homey the clubhouse felt and it was very open and well lit. Everything at this community was pristine and anyone would be happy to live there.

We're a little less off financially that most of our friends or family. I think it's a good place for low/mid-income residents, but quality is probably a little less than what many of my friends/family would be looking for.
We are a moderate income community which means that households have to make under a certain amount of money based on family size to live here. We like to focus on what we do offer which is hopefully a clean, well maintained home without some of the upgraded finishes such as granite and stainless steel that is found in newer construction.
