Property was very well kept and the landscaping was beautiful. Paint was nice on the gates and apartment building. There were many amenities that made the community look like it would be a good place to live.

The apartment community has a homey feel with all the trees and the nice landscaping. All buildings, sidewalks, stairs I saw were well kept. The apartments themselves had almost everything that could be offered in them. It seemed like a nice place to live.

I really like it here and wish I could stay longer! The ONLY negative is that I live RIGHT by a busy street, so I hear traffic and there sometimes seems to be a minor draft in the apartment. I need to put in a work order and they have always completed work orders fast. The traffic does not bother me, and I never hear my neighbors! Love it here!

Quite good, except for all the dog droppings. Would be nice if it were a no-pet apartments or made the dog owners to do the cleaning as well.

Great community. It's quiet - all neighbors are friendly and the staff are on top of maintaining the complex and handling any requests you may have.

Well I have a massive drug user next door that stinks my apartment out and parties all night long every day. I have a drug dealer across the way that always has very shady people coming in and out who always try to start problems. This apartment was much better a year ago, but the quality people living there moved out and the new tenants are about as bad as you can get. I plan to move out when I can honestly get the chance

This was a very clean and well presented community. I would have no problems living here. The price is very good for the services provided.
