These apartments have so many amenities for the customer looking for an apartment. They have nice size one or two bedroom apartments, with all the current amenities. They have tennis courts, a dog park, two swimming pools, 24 hour maintenance, a fitness center, playground and security gates. The professional staff are great to work with and they are proactive in trying to find you just the right fit for you and your family.

The parking is great. The maintenance is quick to fix any problem that you have. The worst part is that I have loud upstairs neighbors.

I consider the price and the location are fair, I like living here, so far I think it's a Great place to live at.

The amenities that Woodland Oaks provided were basic and not extraordinary. The community areas were mostly clean. The leasing professional was polite and very professional. She was engaging and asked a lot of questions to help find what I wanted. Based on how the apartment looked on the inside, I would not call it home. I would only move there if I had to. The price for the apartment and the way it looked was too high, as the apartment was outdated and was priced for an updated apartment.

Quick maintenance, good staff, grounds are kept up, I would recommend living here.
