Perhaps there could be a few more grills for tenants since they cannot have their own. He made a good point when he mentioned that the people who live there are respectful of others. The tour was a very nice touch because I got to walk through the daily life of people living there.

Although the initial contact with the leasing agent was engaging and friendly, over all the impression I came away with was they had more residents than they did real estate and so potential renters are welcome to come and apply if interested as long as they understand the standards for passing eligibility don't require substantial screening for criminal backgrounds. Anyone who passes the necessary financial criteria is accepted. That's the way it is, and you can accept it move in.....understanding that there may or may not be a problem in the future with respect to security/safety because "all communities have their own problems". That was the bottom line I walked away with.

The community made a great impression from outside to inside. The buildings looked new and the grounds beautifully landscaped. The apartments appeared spacious, with lots of thought given to closet and storage space, and were carpeted in quality wall-to-wall. The staff was upbeat, friendly and professional and made me feel whether I leased was important to them. In a location convenient to education, transportation and shopping, I would look forward to living in the community and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.`

I thought having the model kitchen near the renting office was a plus and should be mentioned to interested potential renters when they are told that there are no apartment to show. The agent that took care of me obviously enjoys his job as well as living on the property. It comes across in his attitude. He did mention that he had pictures of the apartments but I forgot to ask him to show me them. That is a great feature and if I were really considering renting, I would have looked at them and asked more questions. The management company might consider asking the managers if they would be willing to use one of their apartments as samples. If that were the case, they would do so while not telling the potential tenant that it was their apartment. It might help people make a more informed decision.

I enjoyed my visit to this community. This is a very nice, well kept community and it would be a nice community to live in.
